I really want to do this because having it as a skin detail prevents me from using other skin detail that is grouped in the same category as the overlay. So is that possible? If so, how? I tried it myself, but it failed as my CC knowledge is just limited to when it has to do something with downloading them.
It was hard finding the perfect one, as most did not work with tattoos, skin details, makeup, or just any exterior detail in general - but luckily, I found and like MsBlue's Mirabella Slider Compatible Skin so much, that I want to make it into a default replacement texture. So I learned to accept the fact that I will have to download overlays and stick to them. But I noticed one major problem: there are no default replacement textures or skin tones that are alpha, as opposed to the wide range of default replacement maxis match skins. How are you? I recently started making alpha sims instead of Maxis Match, as I think that is more of my style.
